A RESOLUTI0~ AUTNORIZING THE PURCHASE OF LOTS T~,tELVE (12)
ANDTT~TEEN (13), BLOCK 126, BY THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City CounCil of .the City of South San Francisco that said city purchase fre$
California Pacific Title Insurance Company the land hereinafer described and pay to said California
Pacific Title Insurance Company the sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOL~ ($13,000.00) therefor. The land
hereinbefore mentioned is all those certain lots or' parcels of land situate in the City of South San
Francisco, CoUnty of San Mateo, State of' California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered twelve (12) and thirteen (13~ in Block numbered
one hundred twenty-six (126), as shown upon that certain map
entitled: "~Jouth San Francisco, san Mateo Co. Cal. Plat Nell"
which ma9 was filed in the' office of the County-Recorder
of the County of San Mateo, California, March 1, 1892, and
recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.
'The mayor and the City clerk are hereby authorized to draw a warrant upon the treasurer of
said city, payable to said California Pacific Title Insurance Company in the amount of THIRTEE~
THOUSAN~ DOLLAR8 ($13,000.00) and to deliver said warrant to said California Pacific Title Ihsurance
Company for a deed conveying to said city a marketable title to the land hereinbefore described.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of t~e City of South San Francisco this &th day of June, 1951, by the following vote:
