HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1673-1951 RESOLUTION NO. 1673 A RESOLUTION OFFERING TO PAY FOR THE DEVELOPM~T ~OF A PARK SITE IN THE BURI-BURI TRACT IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: Upon the condition that Buri-Buri Homes, Inc., a corporation, will convey to the City of South San Francisco an area of approximately four (&) acres of land for the purposes of a park and a playground in the Buri-Buri area, in said City, the City of South San Francisco will expend the sum of T~ THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00) during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1951, and ending on June 30, 1952, for the development and improvement of such land for park and playground purposes, and will agree to expend~ not less than ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500.00) during each of the fisoal years hereafter, for further development of that area for park and playground purposes, until a sum of money not exceeding EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,500.00) shall hav~ been expended for the improvement of that area. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of July, 1951, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K.
