A ~ESOLUTION ACCEPTING D~ FROM PACIFIC COAST CONST~C-
TION COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council herO. by
accepts that certain deed wherein PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a corporation, conveys to said
City the land'heretnafter described. Said land is situate in. the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
PARCEL NO. i
BEGINNING at a granite monument designated as "L-5"'
on '~[AP OF ~;RVEY MADE FOR P. E. ILER," recorded March 10,
1891, in Volume E of Maps at Page 79, Records of San Mateo
County; thence from said point of beginning, South 8&°
28~ hO" East 122.89 feet along the northerly line of that
certain 3 acre more or less, tract of land'described in
deed-toPacific Coast Construction Company, a corpora-
tion, recorded January 3, 1950, in Volume 1770 of Official
Records at Page 39h, Records of San Mateo County; thence leav-
ing the northerly line of said 3 acre tract southeasterly
on a curve to the right, tangent to a line which bears
South 51° 57' bT" East; said curve having a radius of
3AO.O0 feet, a central angle of 30° 05' 16" and an arc
length of 178.5A feet; to a point on the~easterly line
Ofsaid 3 acre tract;saidpoint being on the westerly line
of Chestnut Avenue, as shown on the "Official Map of the
City of~$i~-$~.)South San Francisco, Revised May 1950";
thence'South 15° 33' West 332.20 feet along last mentioned lin~
to the southeasterly corner of said 3 acre tract; thence
-along the southwesterly line Of the said tract, North 63°
Ag' gl" ~est 10.17 feet; thence leaving 'said southwesterly
line, North 15° 33' East 123.72 feet; thence on a curve to
the left t~ngent to the last mentioned course, said curve
having a radius of 260.00 feet, a central angle of 65°
26' A2", and an arc length of 296.98 feet; thence North A9°
53' A2" West ll3.01 feet to the northwesterly line of said
3 acre tract; thence along last mentioned line, North 37°
38' hO" East 10.O2 feet to the point of beginning. Con-
taining 0.558 acres, more or less.
E~GEFrING THEREFROM so much as may lie within t~e
boundaries of that certain 10 foot right of way described in
quitclaim deed to South Ban Francisco Land and Improvement
Company, a corporation, recorded May 2A, 1930, in Volume
A78 of Official Records at Page 16A, Records of San Mateo
County.

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of
Hillside Boulevard as shown on the "Official Map of the
City of South San Francisco, Revised May 1950", said point
being the most northerly corner of that certain 10.h33 acre:
tract of land described in deed to Pacific Coast'Construction
Company, a corporation, recorded January 3, 1950, in Volume
1770 of Official Records at Page 396, Records of San Mateo
County; thence from said point of beginning along the
northeasterly line of said 10.A33 acre tract, and continu-
ing along the northeasterly line of that certain 12.985
acre tract of land as described in deed to Pacific Coast
Construction Company, a corporation, recorded February 10, 1950,
in Volume 1795 of Official Records at Page 37A, Records of San
Mateo County, South 55° 37' 50? East 853.97 feet to the most
easterly corner of said 12.985 acre tract;'thence along the
southeasterly line of last mentioned tract, South 37° 38' AO"
!¥est 10.02 feet; thence leaving last mentioned line, North 55°
37' 50" ~est 85A.~6 feet to the northwesterly line of said
10.A33 acre tract; thence along last mentioned line, North
~O° 23' 50" East 10.06 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.196 acres more or less.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of
this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San M~teo,
California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of. July, 1951, by the following
vote:
