HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1685-1951RESOLUTION NO. 1685 C 0NDEMNAT I0N RESOLUTION RESOLVE~ by the City Council .of the City of So~h San Francisco that said city coun- cil finds and determines and hereby decla~res that: Public interest and necessity require the construction of a sanitary sewer in and through the land next hereinafter described. EESOLVED FURTHER that said City of South San Francisco acquire the real property next hereinafter described by coudemnation in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Constitution of the State of California relating to eminent domain and prepare and pros~Uts~t~the name of the People of the State of California such proceeding or proceedings in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, as are necessary for such acquisition; the lan~ last hereinbefore referred to consists of all that certain tract or par6el of land situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land al ong the northwesterly boundary of the parcel of land described in the deed to V. W. Collins and Eleanor Collins, recorded under File No. 15368G,San Mateo County records, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the westerly corner of said Collins parcel! said point of beginning bears So~th 58G 45' ~Vest 280 f§et and North 31© 15' West 420.1V feet from the most nortt~erly corner of Block F, as' shown upon that cert~in map entitled, '~Map No. 1, Country Club Park~, recorded in Book 23 of Maps at Pages 54, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence along the northwesterly booundary of said lands of Collins North 60 30' East 1.25 fe~t, North 6~© East 100 feet and North 49 30' East 160 feet to the most northerly corner of said lands~ of Collins; thence South 45o 11' 15''~ East 10.03 feet; thence South ~9© 30' West 162.07 feet; thence South 6$? 42' 2~"~ West 100.9V feet; thence North 31° 15' West 15.~4 feet to the point of beginning. The City %ttorney is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and fi~ a c~mpl~int in eminent domain for the purpose of acquiring the ~and hereinbefore described, and to do all such things as may be necessary to carry into ef£ect~the purposes of this resolution.
