A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM CALIFORNIA PACIFIC
TITLE INSURANCE C0~IPANY.
RESOLVED BY T~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN~fISC0 that said
city hereby accepts that certain deed, dated July ~O,1951, wherein California
Pacific Title InsUrance Company, a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of California, conveys to the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation in the County of San ~ateo, State of California, all that
certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, Coun-
ty of San I~ateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Lots numbered twelve (12) and thirteen
(13) in Block numbered ene~ hundred ~
twenty-six (1~6), as designated on the
map entitled, "~0UTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN
~ATE0 CO. CAL. ~PLAT NO. l", which map
was filed in the office of the Coumty
Recorder of the County of San Nateo,
State of California, ~a~ch~ 189~, in
Book "~B~ of N~aps at page 6 and a copy
entered in Book ~ of ~aps at page $~.
It is understood and agreed that said property s~a 11 be used for parking
purposes only for a period of ten (10) years from the ~ate of said deed, and
said property is conveyed subject to such restrictions. The grantee, by accep-
ting said deed, agrees to~ abide by such covenant.
The City Clerk is~ hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a
certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of said County of San ~ateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco~ this 6th day
of August, 1951, by the following vote:
