A 'RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE BETWEEN HENRY BERETTA
AND ASTRID BERETTA, HIS WIFE, Aa LESSORS, AND T~E CITY
OF S~JTH SAN FRANCISCO, AS LESSEE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco that said
city enter into a lease with HENRY BERETTA and ASTRID BERETTA, his wife, as lessors,
and said city, aw lessee, with respect to all t?at certain real property sit-
uate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Nateo, State of California,
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwes-
terly production of the southeasterly
line of Fairway Drive, distant thereon
Eouth 58o 45' 480 feet from the south-
westerly line of Lot 18 in Block "C"~
"Tract No. 5~4, Country Club Park", re-
corded in Book 25 of Naps at pages 5~~,
55 and 55, ~an ~ateo County Records;
thence So~.th $1° 15' East 280 feet;
0
th~ence North 08 45' East 8 feet; thence
North 31° 15' West 280 feet to the said
s~outhwesterly production of the southeas-
terly line of Fairway Drive; thenc~ along
said line South 58° 45t West 8 feet to
the point of beginning.
The land hereinbefore, described shall be used for the purpose of a pathway
2~r general public use, and said laase shall continue for the period o_~ two (2)
years from August l, 1951. The total rent for said period shall be TEN DOLLARS
($10.00).
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute the lease herein
authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this~ 6th day
of August, 1951, by the following vote:
