R~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that certain deed wherein Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation of the States of California, Arizona and New Mexico, and its lessee, Southern Pacific Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware, grant to said city the right to construct, maintain and use a street or highway upon and across the following des- cribed real property: That certain parcel of land situate in the City of South Jan Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Rail- road Company's Right of ~,~ay, San Bruno Branch, which point bears South 23° &8.' O&" East, ~1.55 feet from the most westerly corner of the property des- cribed in theJudgment dated April 13, 19&3, in favor of the United States of America against the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company and recorded in Book 1055 of Official Records of San Mateo County at page &03; thence along said Northeasterly line North 3~° 59' lO" West, 84.91 feet; thence Southwesterly along a curve to the right, tangent to the-next course, with a radius of 660 feet and a central an~le of 5° 22' 57" an arc distance of 62.00 feet; thence South 39° 37' 30" West, 63.35 feet to the Southwesterly line of said railroad right of way; thence along said Southwesterly line South 3&° 59' lO" East 82.98 feet; thence North 39° 37' 30" East, 85.37 feet; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the left tangent to the preceding course, with a radius of 7&O feet ar~ a central angle of 3° 03' 02" an arc distance of 39.&0 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 0.231 of an acre, more or less. By the acceptance of said deed, said city agrees to the terms therein contained. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 20th day of August, 1951, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K.
