A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO CAUSE THE COST OF
REPAIRS TO SID~JALKS IN SAID CITY TO BE BORNE BY THE OWNERS
OF PROPERTY IN FRONT OF ~,~ICH SUCH REPAIRS MAY BE M~DE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council declares its
intention to cause all repairs to sidewalks in the streets of said city to be .made wherever needed, and that the
cost of making such repairs will be assessed against the land in front of which such repairs may be made.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2Otb day of Au..~ust, 1951, by the following vote:
