EESO~E~b~-t-~e~City~C~nci~of~.~h~Gity of~8outh. San Francisco, that the deed, dated August 8,195~,
wherein GIOVANNI MANTF~ANI and CAROLI~ ~.~ANTEGANI, his ~fe, convey~to the City of South San Francisco the land hereinafter
described be, and the same hereby is accepted.
Said land is all that certain tract or p~rcel ofiland situate in the City of South San Francisco~ County
of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows,
to-wit
BECIN~.~ING at a point on the southwesterly line of Hillside Boulevard, as sho~ma on the
~Official Map of the City of South San Francisco, Revised May!1950", said point being
the most northerly corner of that certain 5.277 acre tra~t of land described in deed
to Giovanni Mantegani and Caroline ~antegani, his wife, recorded February 20, 19A8,
in Volt,ne 1A52 of Official Records, at Page 227, Records of San Mateo County; thence
from said point of beginning and along the northeasterly line oi' said tract, South
55 37' 50" East 39A.90 feet to a granite monument designated as "L - 5" on '~A? OF SUR~
VEY MADE FOR P. E. ILER", recorded March 10,1891, in Volwne E of Maps at Page 79,Records
of San Mateo County, said monument being the most easterly corner of said tract; thence
along the Southeasterly line of aa~d tract, South 37° 38' dO" ~¥est 10.02 feet; thenne lea-
ving last mentioned line, North 55- 37' 50" '?est 39A.90 feet to the northwesterlyiline,
North 37° 38' AO" East 10.02 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.091 acres, more
or less.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office off the Count~ Recorder of the Co~mty of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
of the City of South San Francisc°, this 27th day of August, 1951, by the following vote:
