RESOLUTION NO. 1707
RE~OLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1951 - 1952
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of cents to be
paid to said City of South San Francisco upon each ONE HUKDRED DOLLAP~ ($100.00) of the property taxable by
said municipality within said City of South San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the sev-
eral funds hereinafter named, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1951, and ending June 30, 1952, be, and the
same hereby are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROPERTY INCLUDED WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES
OF SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 19&6

Said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE and 7~/100
DOLLARS ($1.7~) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1OO.00) of the property taxable by said municipality and in-
cluded within the corporate boundaries of said city prior to January 1, 19~6, the same being the aggregate of
the amounts opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of ONE and 72/100 BOLLAR~ ($1.7~) upon each
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the property mentioned in this paragraph and taxable by said municipality.

THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1947.

Said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE and 69/100

cluded within the boundaries of all property annexed between the 1st day of January, 19~6, and the 1st day of
January, 1947, the same being the aggregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies the
sum of ONE and 69/100 DOLLARS ($1.69) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of all property taxable by said
municipality within the boundaries of land so annexed to said city as aforesaid.

Said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE and 615/1000

included within the boundaries of all property annexed between the 1st day of January, 19~6, and 1st d&y
of January, 19&7, the same being the aggregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and hereby levies
the sum of ONE and 615/1000 DOLLARS ($1.615) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of all property tax-
able by said municipality within the boundaries of land so annexed to said city as aforesaid.
Said City Council hereby orders the sums of money, levied as aforesaid, to be collected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South Sa~ Francisco, this &th day of September, 1951, by the following vote:
