RESOLUTION NO. 1712
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ~SESSMENT FOR IMPROV~E~T WORK P~FORMED UND~RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 1573, ADOPTED AUGUST 28,1950.
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco with reference to theassessment made by the superintendent of streets upon the property declared to
be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1573, adopted by said city
council on the 28th day of August, 1950;
RESOLV~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be, and the
same is hereby confirmed.
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor,
which performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 1573, said assessment, to
which shall be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments
upon said assessment in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this llth day of September, 1951, by the foll~ing vote:
