A RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMINT WORK PERFORMED UND~
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1594 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 13, 1950
WHEREAS no person has complained to or appealed to the city council of the City of South
San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the superintendent of streets upon the property
declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 159&,
adopted by said City Council on the 13th day of November, 19~0;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco 'that said assessment be,
and the same is hereby confirmed.
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor,
which performed the impromement work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention No. 159~, said assessment,
to which shall be ~ttached a warrant authorizing said contractor to deman~ and receive the several assess-
ments upon said assessment in themanner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this llth day of September, 1951, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
