RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ADOPTING ~JD~ET AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF A~%E~MENT FOR EXP~DITURE
OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WH~EAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the State of
California in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City of South San F~ancisco for expenditure
of the ~as tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1952, and
t~H~EAS, the city council has heard read said a.~reement in full and is familiar with the con-
tents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that said pro-
ject statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation
to cities, and said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed
to sign the same on behmlf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its executionby the
authorized officials of the State.
