HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1721-1951RESOLUTION NO. 1721 A RESOLUTION ORD~ING A CHANGE AND MODIFICATION WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 6th day of August, 1951, adopted Resolution No. 1695, a resolution of intention to mmke changes and m~difications; and; WHF~EAS said resolution was published, as required, by said resolution; and WH~EAS no person appeared to protest against the proposed change on Tuesday, or at any time thereafter; September &, 1951, RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the following change be made in the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 1666, adopted by said city council on June 6, 1951, as follows: Delete the 363 feet of extra strength vitrified clay pipe sewer'from manhole No. 4 at a point 360 feet northerly to the center line of Country Club Drive; thence northerly 360 feet to manhole No. 5 and provide for the construction of standard 8-inch vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewer in place thereof. The Works Engineer of said city is hereby directed to file an amendment in said proceed- ings to comply with the provisions of this resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 1st day of October, 1951, by the follo,~ng vote: Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K.
