RESOLU.T~_O__..N OF INTKNTIO__N_NO. 1~2.~.
~HEREAS ~ ~8~ ~t~ %1t~ ~$$~N~ ~a~ b~ ~½~ Superintendent of Streets of
said city upon the property declared to be benefited by the public improvement word menti~ed
in Resolution of Intention No. 1525, which Resol~tion of Intention was adopted by the City
Council of said City on the 20th day of March, 1950 have been overruled;
RESOLVED by said City Council that said assessment be, and the same hereby is, confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said City is hereby directed to deliver to the contractor,
who performed the work mentioned in said Resolution of Intention, said assessment, to which shall
be attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments
upon said assessment, in the form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoinE resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of December, 1951, by the following
vote:
