RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter into an
agreement with the State Personnel Board, wherein provision shall be made for conducting examinations
of applicants for employment by the City of South San Francisco, under the civil service regulations
of said city. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized and directed in the name of said city
and under its seal to execute the contract hereby authorized.
