A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOLFI~ SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING ~ 1 DEED OF TANFORAN COMPANY, LTD. IN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts certain deed
wherein Tanforan Company, Ltd., a corporation, grants to the City of South San Franclsco all that certain tract or
parcel of land situate in ~he City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of that certain tract of land described in the deed to
Tanforan Company Ltd., a corporation, recorded in Book 1279 of Official Records of San Mateo County at
Page 414 (9642-G), which point is also the southerly corner of Lot 56, Block l, as shown upon that
certain map entitled, "Francisco Terrace", which was recorded in Book 29 of Maps at Page 18, San Mateo
County Records; thence South 58o 24' 53" East 15.40 feet; thence northeasterly on the curve to the right
with a radius of 2040 feet from a tangent bearing North 37° 10' Ol" East, an arc distance of 87.52 feet;
thence North 39° 37~ ~0" East 209.02 feet to the southwesterly line of the Market Street Railway, now
owned by the City and County of San Francisco; thence along said southwesterly llne North 34° 50' 59"
West 68.18 feet to the aforesaid northwesterly line of the Tanforan parcel; thence along said north-
westerly line South 29° 58' 07" West 265.39 feet and South 31° 35' 07" West 55.83 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.23 acres more or less.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder, of the County of SanMateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco, the 7th day of January, 1952, by the following vote:
