RESOLUTION 0FTHECITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING AN AGR~WITH THE BTATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, COVERING JOINT PARTICIPATION
IN THE FINANCING OF THE COST OF THE TRAFFIC CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS AT
THE INTERSECTION OF SPRUCE AVENUE-HEZELWOOD DRIVE WITH EL CAMINO
REAL IN TEECITY OF SOUTH SANFRANCISCO.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into au agree-
meut with the State of California, Department of Public Vorks, Division of Highways, covering joint participation
iu financing of the cost of the traffic control improvements at the intersection of Spruce Avenue-Hazelwood Drive
with E1 Camiuo REal ~n said City of South San Francisco, iu the form of agreement submitted to said city by said
Division of Highways, in which form of agreement it is provided that said city bear one-half (l/R) the expense of
the installation of the traffic control signal system and chanelizatiou provided for in said agreement.
