RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING TEE DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVE~ CO.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South 'San Francisco that said City hereby accepts that certain
deed, dated January 17, 195R, wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvemmnt Co., a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of California, conveys to said CityAof South San Francisco all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of SEn Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears South 15° 33' West 50 feet from the most southerly corner of
that certain 0.958 acre tract of land described as Parcel One in Deed from South San Francisco Land
and Improvement Company, a corporation to the City of South San Francisco by Deed dated March 7, 1944
and recorded March 22, 1944 in Book llll 6f Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 162; running
thence from said point of beginning South 74° 27' East l0 feet; thence South 15° 33' West 50 feet;
thence North 74° 27' West l0 feet to the northerly corner of that certain 14.679 acre tract of land
described in the deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation, to the San
Francisco Drive-In Theatres Corporation, a corporation, and recorded in Book 1463 of Official Records
of San Mateo County at page 69 (26447H); thence along the westerly boundary of said tract of land and
its prolongation southerly South 15° 33' West 1030 feet; thence South 74° 27' East l0 feet; thence
South 15° 33' West 19.48 feet; thence southwesterly along a curve to the right, tangent to the pro-
ceeding course, with a radius of 840 feet, an arc distance of 688.26 feet; thence southwesterly along
a reverse curve to the left with a radius of 760 feet, an arc distance of 457.36 feet; thence southerly
along a reverse curve to the right with a radius of 740 feet, an arc distance of 110.55 feet more or
less to the northeasterly line of the Right-of-Way of the Southern Pacific Company, Valencia Street
Branch; thence along said northeasterly line North 34o 59' 10" West 84.91 feet more or less to the
curve with a radius of 660 feet concentric with the last mentioned curve; thence northeasterly along
said curve with a radius of 660 feet, an arc distance of 71.73 feet to a radial line bearing North
61° 59' 05" West; thence northeasterly along a reverse curve to the right with a radius of 840 feet,
an arc distance of 505.51 feet; thence along a reverse curve to the left with a radius of 760 feet,
an arc distance of 622.71 feet; thence North 15° 33' East 1099.48 feet to the northerly line of the
drainage canal right of way described iu the Grant of Right-df-Way from South San Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, a corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
recorded in Book 620 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 376 (40949C); thence along said
northerly line South 74° 27' East 70 feet to the point of beginning.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 4th day of February, 1952, by the following vote:
