A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND
CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an agreement
with CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY, iu the form submitted to said city council, for the purpose of determining
a method for the payment of the cost of installation of water distribution facilities within that certain area lying
within the City of South San Francisco, County of Sau Mateo, w~ich is known as Parcel 59 Zone J, as designated on
the official map of said city.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute sai~. agreement on behalf of said city.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of May, 1952, by the following vote:
