A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT OF TEE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROV~2~ENT
COMPANY, BINDING SAID CGMPANY TO PERFORM CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROV~ WITHIN
SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS "INDUSTRIAL ACRES."
RESOLVED BYTEECITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN~ISCO that said city does hereby approve and
accept that certain agreement of the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company by the terms of which said
company binds itself to perform certain public improvements within the subdivision known as "INDUSTHIALACRES", in
the City of South San Francisco, which agreement is dated May 19, 1952.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of May, 1952, by the following vote:
