RESOLUTION ~2~PLOYING ATTORNEY FOR SHAW ROAD PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that RUDOLPH A. RAPSEY is
hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices and affidavits in the proceedings for the improvement of Shaw Road
and he is further employed to furnish opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment and the bonds in
said proceedings, and his compensation therefor is fixed at 2% of the construction cost of said project, payable as
incidental expenses of the proceedings.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~as duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of June,
1952, by the following vote, to-wit:
