HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1767-1952 RESOLUTION NO. 1767 ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that W]IEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. 1762, adopted June 2, 1952; and WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and find the same to be correct in all particulars; NOW, ~RE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETEEMINED AND ORDERED, as follows: 1. ~That said wage scale as set forth iu the specifications is hereby adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above described iu the locality in which such public work is proposed to be performed. 2. That not less than said general prevailing rate of per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution of Intention.
