A RESOLU~ON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
OF ~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO EXECUTE A DEED
TO CERTAIN PROPERTY TO TEE SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE COMPANY,
A CORPORATION.
RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco are hereby authorized to
execute and deliver to the San Francisco Bridge Company a deed iu the attached form.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, this 16th day of June, 1952, by the following vote:

For good and valuable consideration, the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, a politic~
subdivision of the State of CalifOrnia, do~s hereby grant to the San Francisco Bridge Company, a corporation organi:
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, the following described real property, whi¢
is situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEGI2~ING at the southeasterly corner of the parcel of land described in the deed from the United
States of America to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, recorded in Volmne
1758 of Official Records of Sau Mateo County at Page 296; which point of beginning bears South 19°
lB' 26" West 416.B5 feet from the most easterly corner of said parcel; thence along the southerly
boundary of said parcel South 62° 08' BO" West 121.55 feet; thence North B4° BO' 07" East B14.12
feet to the southeasterly line of said parcel; thence along said southeasterly line South 19° lB'
26" West 214 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.203 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said municipal corporation has caused its name to be hereunto subscribed by its mayor
and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto by its city clerk, first thereunto duly authorized by resolution of the
City Council of the said city, each as of the BOth day of June, 1952.
