HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1771-1952RESOLUTION NO. 1771 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO IN M~2~ORY OF DANIEL J. HYLAND, TEE CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY. WHEREAS it has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to remove from our midst DANIEL J. HYLAND, the City Clerk of said City, and WHEREAS Mr. Hyland was for many years, a resident of the City of South San Francisco, and served the City of South San Francisco as its City Clerk for more than six (6) years, and WHEREAS Mr. Hyland w~s a man of sterling integrity, and an example of the best citizenship, and, as a loyal and faithful p~blic servant, contributed by untiring efforts to the up~uilding and improvement of the City of South San Francisco, RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that this City Council laments the passing of Mr. Hyland, and extends to his family its sincere sympathy. BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the minutes of the City Council and that a copy thereof be sent to the family of Mr. Hyland.
