A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A Dw.~ FROM ALLIN McCAHON AND
RACEEL McCAHON, EIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
RESOLV~) by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that certain
deed, dated June 21, 1952, wherein ALLIN McCAHON and RACP~. McCAHON , his wife, grant and convey to said City of
South San Francisco, a right of w~y for the construction and maintenance of an outfall sewer in and through all that
certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Nateo, State of California,
and described as follows:
A strip of land along the northwesterly boundary of parcel of land described in the deed to Allin McCahon
and Rachel McCahon recorded under File No. 81942E, San Mateo County Records, more particularly ~escribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the westerly corner of said McCahon parcel, said point bears South 58° 45' West 25
feet, North 31° 15' West 242.64 feet and North 29° 17' 18" West 186.78 feet from the westerly corner
of Block F, as shown ou that certain map entitled, "Map No. I Country Club Park", recorded in Book
2S of Maps at pages 54, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence along the northwesterly line of
said lands of McCahou North 60° 30' East 298.75 feet to the northerly corner of said lands of McCahon;
thence South 31° 15' East 15.74 feet; thence South 63° 42' 24" West 102.4B feet; thence South 60° 30'
West 197 feet; thence North 29° 17' 18" West l0 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
