WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South Sau Fraucisco did ou the 2nd day of June, 1952, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1762 to order the therein described work and improvement to be done and made iu said city, which Resolution of Intention was duly and legally published in the time, form audmauuer as required by law, as shown by the affidavit of publication of said Resolution of Intention ou file iu the office of the Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, after the adoption thereof, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed "No~ice of Improvement", were duly and legally posted in the time, form and manner, locations and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of posting said notices now on file in the office of the Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, after the adoption thereof, notices of the adoption of said Resolution of Intention were'duly mailed to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed tu the time, form, and manner and to ~he persons, as required by law; and WHEREAS, said City Council having duly received and considered evidence oral and documentary concerning the Jurisdictional facts tu this proceeding and concerning the necessity for the contemplated work and improvement and the benefits to be derived therefrom, and it appearing that uo protests or obJectioms have been filed iu this matter, and said City Council having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the public interest and convenience require the improvement herein referred to, and said City Council hereby orders that the work and improvement as set forth and described in said Resolution of Intention and in the plans and specificatinns therein referred to, to be done and made. RESOLVED, FURTheR, that the boundaries of the assessment district, and the grades to which said work and improvement are to be constructed, shall be those set forth and described in said Resolution of Intention, and iu the Plans and Specifications therein referred to, r~fereuce to which is h~rebymade for all further particulars.
