WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 2Srd day of June, 1952, pass its resolution ordering certain work and improvements to be done and made pursuant to proceedings taken under the "Im- provement Act of 1911" and which improvements are described in Resolution of Intention No. 1762 adopted on the 2nd day of June, 1952, reference to said resolution being hereby expressly made for all further particulars; and MEEREAS, said City Co'uncil desires that said work and improvement be done under the direction of C. E. Raudlett, Engineer of Work, now, therefore, it is hereby RESOLVED; by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the aforesaid work and improvement shall be done under the direction of the g. E. Randlett, Engineer of Work, and that the materals used iu connection therewith shall comply with the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the said C. E. Raudlett, Engineer of Work, instead of the Street Superintendent of said City.
