RESOLUTION NO. 1778
TO CHANGE AUTHORIZED AGENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has heretofore adopted a resolution or resolutions
identified as follows:

which in part authorized DA~PiEL J. HYLAND and ADOLPH SANI to act as "Authorized Agent" for the City of South San Francisco
with respect to the application or applications described therein; and
WEEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco now desires to replace said DANIEL J. HYLAND and
ADOLPH SANI as "Authorized Agent" by naming~ONS McCLUNG in his stead as "Authorized Agent";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That all powers, rights and duties conferred upon DANIEL J. HYLAND and ADOEPH SANI by the aforesaid reso-
lution or resolutions are herewith revoked.
2. That all acts hitherto performed by said DANIEL J. HYLAND and ADOLPH SANI as "Authorized Agent" for City
of South San Francisco are herewith ratified and confirmed.
3- That E~ONS McCLUNG, CITY MANAGER, City Hall, South San Francisco is herewith designated as "Authorized
Agent" of City of South San Francisco with respect to the above application or applications and is endowed with all
rights, powers and duties conferred upon said former agents, DANIEL J. HYLAND and ADOLPH SANI, by the aforesaid reso-
lution or resolutions, or otherwise.
I, ARTHUR A. RODONDI, City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco, State of California, do hereby certify
the foregoing to be a full, true and complete copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco passed at a regular adjourned meeting held on the 23rd day of June, 1952 as the same appears of record in my
office.
IN WITNESS ~OF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of said City of South San Francisco, at
my office iu the City of South San Francisco this 24th day of June, 1952.

City of South San Francisco at a regular adjourned meeting held ou the 23rd day of June, 1952, by the following vote:
