HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1780-1952R~iSOLUT ION NO. 1780 A RESOL~flON OF THE CITY CO!%TC!L OF THE CITY OF SOL~ffH SAN FP~.NCISCO ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED OF SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE CO~PANY. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that certain quitclaim deed, dated the day of , 1952, whereby the SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE COMPANT, a California corporation, releases and quitclaims to said City of South San Francisco all that cer- tain easement designated as "EAS~2~ENT NO. 1", in that certain deed from the United States of America, acting by and through the War Assets A(hninistration, to SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE COMPANY, a corporation, which deed was recorded on June 17, 19&8, in Volume 1A79 of Official Records of San Mateo County, California, at Page &76, and which easement is more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly boundary line of that certain 98.586 acre tract of land described in said deed from United States of America_to San Francisco Bridge Company, ~ich point bears North 80057' East 1390.81 feet and North 62 08' 30" East 29.57 fee~ from the most westerly corner of said 98.586 acre tract of land; thence frsm sgid~oint of beginning North 202.52 feet: thence North 68 &5 Ea§t I70 ~eet, thence South 161.33 feet to a point in the northerly boundary line of said 98.586 acre kract of land: thence along said northerly boundary South 62" 08' 30" Wese 226.22 feet to the point of beginning. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Marco, California. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of July , 1952, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen, John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith Noes, Co, mcilmen, None Absent, Councilmen, None Attest: Arthur A.
