A ~RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OJN~IL OF TME CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO A~.~PTING A DEED OF EASEM~NT
FROM THE HO~AN CATHOLIC AHCHBISHOP OF SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby ac-
cepts that certain deed of easement, dated the 3~th day of June , 1952, whereby THE
ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF SAN FR~.NCISCO, a corporation sole, conveys and transfers to ssid City
of South San Francisco, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a sanitary outfall sewer, an
easement in and to the following particularly described property:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of Parcel
One of the land described in the deed to ~he Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of San Francisco, recorded under File No. ATO2~J, San Mateo
County Records, said point of beginning bears North 31~15' West 715.
65 feet from the most northerly corner of Block B, as shown on that
certain map entitled, "Map No. l, Country Club Park" , recorded in
Book 23 of Maps at Pages 5&, 55, and 56, San Yateo County Records:
thence along the northwesterly lin,e of said Parcel One NOrth ~58° ~5~
East 291.00 feet; thence South 31° 15' East ~05.65 feet to the south-
easterly boundary of said Parcel One; thence South 58° A5' We~t 10
feet; thence North 31° 15' West 395.65 feet; thence South 58 A5'
West A87.18 feet; thence South 27 °A5' West l&A.98 feet; thence North
31° 02' 50" West 11.69 feet to the most westerly corner of Parcel
Two as described in the aforesaid deed; thence along the northwest-
erly boundary of said Parcel Two North 27° d5' East 188.21 feet,
and North 58° AS' East 208.95 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together
with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of July, 1952, by
the following vote:
