~'~.E~EAS the public hearing on the assessment pertaining to the cost ~f constructing
and installing the Avalon Park outfall sewer ~as sxheduled for the regular meeting, duly 8d-
Journed, of this City Council which was held on April 15, 1952; whereas said public hearing was
continued fr~m said 15th day of April, 1952, to this City Council's regular meeting of April
21, 1952, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.; and ~ereas the minutes of said meeting bold on said '~h
day of April,1952, failed to show that said public hearing was so continued~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the minutes of said meeting of April 15, 1952,
be, and the same hereby are, corrected to show that at said meeting said public hearing
on tDe assessment for said Avalon Park outfall sewer was continued until the regulsr meeting
of April 21, 1952, at 8:00 o' alock p.m.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolutio~ was duly and re~l~rly adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 10th day of July, 1952, bY the following vote:
