HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1789-1952 RESOLUTIO~ NO. 1789 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING THE RECO~NDATION OF THE PLANNING CO~ISSION OF SAID CITY A~ DIRECTa ING THAT A V~RIANCE P~MIT BE G~'~NT~ TO PACIFIC COAST CONSTR~ETION COMPANY ~EREAS the planning commission of the City of South San Francisco, has, after holding a oublic hearing following publication of proper notice, recommended that a variance per- mit be granted to PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY allowing said company to subdivide the S~- SHIh~ GARDENS S~DIVISION into lots having frontages of 50 feet each and depths of only 90 feet; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has duly considered in open meeting the a~plication of said PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for such variance per- mit; and !;~?~°~AS it has been clearly demonstrated to said City Council that a hardship case e~_ists and ~h~t such varisnce permit should be granted. NO%~;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b~ said City Council that the recommendations of the pl~.nning commission, be, and the same hereby, are approved, and the building inspector of the City of South San Francis~.o is hereby directed to issue to said PACIFIC COAST CONSTRUCTION COM'= PANY a variance permit allowing said compeny to divide the SUNSHIh~ GARDE~S SUBDIVISION into lots having frontages of not less than 50 feet and depths of not less than 90 feet. I hereby certify ithat the foregoing resolution was duly and re$~larly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of July, 1952, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen John N.~onan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Arthur A.
