CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH S~J~RANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXEC[~ION OF AN AGREE.- MENT BETWEEN SAID CITY ~3~D THE DEPARTMENT OF P~LIC ~DRKS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF THE COIZ,~A CREENKCHANNEL, SAID :~ORK TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF FUNDS TO BE POSTED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND TO BE MATCHED BY SAID DEPARTMFA~F OF P[:BLIC ~,~ORKS. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city enter into an Agreement with the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ~ORKS of the state of California for the pur- pose of providing for the repair and restoration of that portion of the COLMA CREEK CNANSU~ lying within the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, and for the purpose of establishing a fund to consist of the total s~ of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($21,000.00), one-half of which sum shall be deposited with said DEPAR%~ENT OF PUBLIC ~ORKS by said city, and the other one-half of which s~m shall be allocated to said DEP~RTMENT OF P~'~LIC WORES by the Director of Finance of the state of California. A copy of said Agreement is attached hereto, marked "EXHIBIT ~ ", and made a part hereof by this reference. The Mayor is hereby directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of said city, upon the approval of the form of said Agreement by the City Attorney. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to dra, a warrant upon the city treasury in said s~m of TEN THOUSAND FIVE H~DRED DOLLARS ($10,5OO.00), which warrant shall he mad~ payable to the order of the Treasurer of the state o~~ California.
