HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1795-1952RESOLT~ION NO. 1795 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FP~NCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FR;~NCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TO THE CITY OF SO~fH SAN FRANCISCO. RESOLVED: By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts that certain deed dated May 23, 1952, Whereby SOUTH SAN FRANOISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a unified school district of the county of San Mateo, state of California, grants and conveys to the City of South San Francisco all the property described in said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked "EXHIBIT A". The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the county of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this &th ~ay ~$August, 1952, by the follow- ing vote: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Joseph Bracco Attest: Arthur A.
