U~¥OF?~ ~DEEU~TU~E~T~NNP~TY ~I~.~THE CITY OF S~UTH SAN FRANCISCO TO THE SOUTH S~I FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that; '~EREAS the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO '~IFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a unified school district of the County of San Marco, State of California, is desirous of exchanging certain property owns4 by it for certain property owned by the City of So~h San Francisco;and WHEREAS it is for the bes~ interests of the people of South San Francisco for such ex- change of properties to be made; ~EREAS The real property herein referred %o is owned by the City of South San Francisco and is not at present and will not at the time of delivery of title or possession, be needed for municipal purposes by the cityof South San Francisco; and WHEREAS it appearsto be in the best interests of the City of South S,n Francisco to tran- sfer the proDerty herein referred to the SOUTH SAN FRAh~ISCO [.~IFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT in exchange for the property to be deeded to the City of South San Francisc5 by the School District, which ~rop~rty is particularly referred to and described in RESOLUTION NO. 1795 of this City Co~cil, adopted on August ~, 1952. NOW, ~{E~FORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to executeon behalf of the City of South San Francisco a deed, a cooy of which i~ hereto attached ant marked "EXHIBIT A", and included i~erein by th~s re- ference, and to cause the s~m~to be delivered through escrow to the S~TH SAN FRA~CISC0 U~fIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ~;PON receipt of a proper deed from said School District to the 8ity of South San Francisco with respect to the property to be exchanged ~said School District for the property described in the attached deed.
