A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRA~CISCO ACCE?~TING AN AGREEMENT OF T~E STONECREST
CORPORATION, BINDING SAID COMPANY TO PERFOPJ~ C~TAIN
PUBLIC IMPRO¥~JTS L~THIN TP~ SUBDIVISION ~JOhrN AS
"k~NSTON M~NOR NO. 3".
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city does hereby
approve and accept that certain agreement of THE 3TONECHEST CORPORATION, a corporation, by the
terms of which ~greement said corporation binds itself to perform certain public improvements with-
in the subdivision known as "WINSTON M~NOR NO. 3", in the city of South San Francisco, which agree-
ment is dated September 8, 1952.
The Mayor of the City of South S~n Francisco is hereby authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to affix t~e
Seal of said city thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 8th day of September 1952 by the follo~ng vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
