HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1807-1952 RESOLUTION NO. 1807 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED TO CERTAIN PROPERTY DE- DIC;~TED TO SAID CITY BY THE STON~ON DEVELOPMFNT COR- PORATION RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city accept that certain deed dated June 24, 1952, whereby THE STONESON DEVELOPmeNT CORPORATION grants and conveys to said city all that certain real property situate in the City of South San Fran- cisto, County of San MateD, State of Claifornia, and particularly described as follows: LOTS 5, 6, and 7 in Block 16, as designated on the map entitled "%~NSTON MANOR NO. 2A SOUTH SA~.FRAN- CISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was '~ filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San MateD, State of California on October 30, 1951 in Book 33 of Maps at page 47. The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby directed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the ~ounty Recorder of the County of San Matzo, State of Claifornia, together with a certified cody of this resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the Cityof South San Francisco, this 15th day of September, 1952, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, F~milio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Attest: Arthur A.
