RESOLUTION NO. 1808
A ,RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A D~I TO CERTAIN PROPE~TY DE-
~ DICATED TO SAID CITY BE THE STONECREST CORPORATION.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city accept
that certain deed dated June 2&, 1952 whereby THE STONECREST CORPO~TION grants and conveys
to said city all that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of CAlifornia, and particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Wicklow Drive at its
intersection with the southeasterly line of Lot 17 in Block 22, as map
entitled "%~INSTON MANOR NO. 2 SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATE0 COUNTY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the Record-
er of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on May 28, 1951 in
Book 33 of Maps at pages 28 and 29; thence from s~id point of beginning
along said southeasterly line of Lot 17, South 6~v26, 30" West 90.00
feet to the northeasterly line of Lot 18 in Block 22 as~hown on said map;
thence along the northeasterly and southeasterly lines of said Lot 18,
South 25o33, 30" East 50.00 feet and South 6&° 26' 30" West 90.00 feet
to the northeasterly line of Mansfield Drive as shown on said map; thence
along said line of Mansfield Drive, South 25033, 30" East 33.57 feet and
southeasterly along the arc o~a curbe to the right with a radius of 225.00
feet, and a central angle of 7~50' 0~ a distance of 30.77 feet to the
southeasterly line of the lands of the Stonecrest Corporation; thence
along said southeasterly line of the lands of The Stonecrest Corporation,
North 39029, 30" East 200.85 feet to the said southwesterly line of
ofWicklow Drive; thence alone said line of Wicklow Drive North 25°33, 30" West
29.51 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby directed to cause
said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California, together with a certified copy of.this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South S~n Francisco, this 15th day of September, 1952,
by the following vote:
