HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1812-1952RESOLUTION NO. 1812 RESOLUTION DETERMINING INITIAL VIE~V OF LEGISLATIVE BODY THAT DEBT LIMITATION ~.~LL NOT BE EXCEEDED. ~,~2REAS, the City Council of the City oI' South San Francisco did on the 22nd day of September, 1952, adopt its Resolution No. 1811, entitled "Preliminary Determination of Legislative Body under 'Special Assess- ment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931'" under the provisions of Sections 2820,2821, 2822, 2823 and 2950 of said Act, NO~¥, THEREFORE, IT IS HE~Y RESOLVED, FOUND AND DETEHMINED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that after taking the steps provided by Sections 2820, 2821, 2822, 2823 and 2950 of said Ae.t above referred to, it is the initial view of this City Council that the contemplated improvement described in said Resolution No. 1811 above referred to, is one in which the probable assessments will not exceed the limitations set up by said Act above referred ~; ~OEV~B, FdRTHER, that the Clerk of this City and City Council is hereby ordered and directed to give notice of the contemplated action of this City Council by mailing to interested property owners a "Notice of Proposed Assessment", in the time, form and manner, and to the persons, all as ~provided in Section 13 of said Aet above referred to. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of Septe~er, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, ~milio Cortesi, Joseph Bracno, Telford Smith Noes, Co~ncilmen None Absent, Co~m~ilmen None Arthur A.
