RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ATTORhU£Y FOR NORTH"~EST DRAINAGE DISTRICT PROCEEDING
RESOLVED, by the City Gouncil of the City of Smith San Francisco, California, that RICHARD P. LYONS ,
is hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices and affidavits in the proceedir-gs with regard to the
Northwest Drainage District proceed~ ngs and he is f,~rther employed to furnish opinions on the legality
of the eontract,d~e assessment an~ .the bonds in said proceedings, and his compensation therefor is fixed
at 2% of the cost of said improvement proceedings, payable as incidental expenses of the proceediogs.
I hereby eel-tify that the foregoing resolution was duly ~nd regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
22nd day of September, 1952, by the following vote, ~o-wit:
Ayes, coUncilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
