RESOLTUION ENPLOYING ATTO.%XrEY FOR INDUSTRIAL ACRES FIRE'
PROTECTION SYSTE~ PROCEEDI~[GS.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of S~th San Francisco, California, that
~DOLPH A. RAPSEY is hereby employed to prepare resolutions, ~Qtices and affidavits in the
proceedings for the improvement of Shaw Road in Industrial Acres and he is further employed
to h~rnish opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment and the bonds in said
proceedings, and his compensation therefor is fixed at 2% of the construction cost of said
project, payable as incidental expenses of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~s duly and regularly intorduced and
adopted by the City ouncml of the ~ity of ~outh San Francisco , California, at an adjourned
regular meeting therof held on the 5th day of November, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonsn, Adolph Sani, Emilio Oortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
