WH~]HEAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California did on the 5th day of November, 1952, pass its Resolution o~' Intention No. 1838 to order certain work to be done and improve- ment to be m~de as described in said resolution, and "MEHEAS, said City Council finds that the SOUTH SAN FHA~.7qISCO ENT~PEISE-JO'~AL is a newspaper published in said City of South San Francisco, therefore, it is hereby HESOLVED, by the City Council ol° the City oI' South San Francisco t~t the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City o~' South San Francisco, be, and tbs same is, hereby ~esignated by the City Council oI' said City as the newspaper in which shall be publishe~ all notices~, resolutions, orders or other m~tters required by law to be published in connection ~ith the proceedings had and taken p~rsuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 1838. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly ~nd regularly'introduced and adopted~ by the City Council of theCity of Smith San Francisco ~t an adjourned regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Co~mcilmen John Noonan, Adolph Saul, ~Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith Noes, C~dncilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Arthur A.
