"Notice of Improvement"~ ~ere duly and legally post~{l in the time, f~>r~~'. ~n~ manner, ioe~.tions ~nn hunter as required by law, as appccrs from the affidc~vit of posting sai~ not~ces no~ on file Jn the office of the Clerk of said City; end ~EREAS, after the adoption t~ereof, noti.~.es of the adoption of sai~ Xesoiution of Intention were duly mailed to all persons owning real property proposec to be assesse~ Jn the time, form, and manner and to the persons, as re,?~ired by la~; and '~EREAS, said City Council having duly received and considered evidence ora! and documentary concerning t~ e jurisdictional facts in this proceeding and concerninc the neoessity for the contem- plated work and improvement and the benefits to he derived therefrom, and it appearing that no pro- tests or objections have been filed in this matter, and said City Council having now acquired juris- diction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby ~SOLVED: By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the public interest and convenience require the improvement herein referred to, and said City Council hereby etd ~rs that the work a~d ic:~provement as set forth and described in said Resolution of Intention and in the plans and specifications therein referred to, to be done and made. RESOLVED, ~THER: That the boundaries of the assessment district, and the grades to which said work and improvement are to be constructed, shall be those set forth and deseribe~ in said Resolution of Intention, and in the Plans sn~ Specifications therein referred to, reference to which is hereby made all further particulars.
