HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1846-1952i RESOLUTION NO. 18A6 RESOLUTION D~a~TtNG ';ORK TO ~E DO~ UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE ENGI~ER OF ~'~EREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 1st day of December, 1952, pass its resolution ordering certsin work and improvements to be done and ,,made ~rsusnt to proceedings takeo ~mder the "Improvement Act of 1911" and ~ich improvements are described in Resolution of Intention No. 1838 a~opted on the 5th day of November, 1952, reference to said reso~ltion being here- by expressly made 'for all further particulars; and 'VHEREAS, said City Council desires that said work and improvement to done under the direction of C.E. ~qANDLETT, Engineer of Work, now, therefore, it is hereby RESOLVED: By the City Co~.mcJl of the City of South San Franc_~.sco that the aforesaid work and im- provement shall be done under the direction of C. E. i%V~'DLETT, Engineer of Work, and that the materials used in connection therewith shall comply ~.th the specifications and be to the setlsfaction of the said C. E. Randlett, Engineer of Work, instead of the Street Superintendent of s~id City. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held or the 1st day of December, 1952, by the following vote, to-.~t: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Gortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Arthur A.
