"~{EREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran<~'isco did on the ist day of December, 195q, pass a Resolution ordering certain work and improvements to be made in ~arsuanee of proceed- i~gs taken under the "Improvement Act of 1911" and ~hich are described in Resolution of I~tention No. 1838 passed November 5, 1952, reference to which resolution is hereby expressly made for further particulars; and '.~{ER~AS, said City Council desires that the assessment hereafter to be made in the proceedings shall be made and signed by the Engineer of ..';ork instead of by the Superintendent of Streets of ssid City, now, therefore, it is hereby RESO~VED. By the Cmty Council of the City of South San Francisco that the assessment hereafter to be made, covering the costs and expenses of ssid work to be done and impr6vement to be made, as des- cribed in said Resolution of Intention No. 1~38 shall be made an8 sig~ed by the Engineer of Work instead of by the Superintendent of Streets of said City. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reg,~lar meeting thereof held on the 1st d~.y of December, 1952, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, TelI'ord Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Arthur A.
