RESOLUTION NO. 18~8
]~HEREAS, the intersection of Junipero Serra Boolevard and Crystal Springs Avenue has claimed
another death victim by reason of its contour and approaches, and
i~E~AS, the matter of extending said highway so as to eliminate said highway connection has
been previously reco~mnended,
NOW, ~U~{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the undersigned demand and immediate correction of this
highway hazard,
RESOL~.]D, M~RTHER: that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Hon. Earl ~.~arren, Governor;
to the California Highway Co~mission, and to Highway District ~No. 10, for their immediate consideratio~
I hereby ~,ertify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of San Bruno at a reg~.~lar meeting held on the 15th day of De~ember, 1952, by
the follo'~ing vote, to-wit:
