RESOLUTION OF THE CITY gO[~ICIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED TO AN EASE-
MENT FOR SANITARY S~ER PURPOSES.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council does
hereby accept that certain deed dated January 27, 1953, whereby KENNETH E. STIREMAN and MAXINE R. STIREMAN,
his wife, convey to said City 02' South San Francisco an easement for sanitary sewer purposes, through which.
easement the Avalon Park Outfall sewer presently extends.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolution to
be recorded in the of/ice ~of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adp~ted b~ the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this second day of February, 1953, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
