RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED TO AN EASemENT FOR SANITARY
SEWER P~RPOSES.
RESOLVED by the ~ity Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council
does hereby accept that certain deed dated January 27, 1953, whereby BURDETTE R. STOLP and CLARA
STOLP, his wife, convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement for sanitary sewer purposes,
through which easement the Avalon Park Outfall sewer presently extends.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed and a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this second day of February, 1953, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Council John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
