A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCI~O
AUTHORIZING TEE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND
P. R. BLYTHE, AN INDIVIDUAL, RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC
IMPROV~4ENTS IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PECK'S HEIGHTS
SU~DMSION.
WEEREAS P. R. BLYTHE as developer of that certain subdivision situate in the City of South San Fran-
cisco and designated as "Peck's Heights Subdivision" is desirous of entering into an agreement with the City of
South San Francisco relative to the construction of public improvements in said subdivision, which agreement is
required by the terms of the subdivision ordinance of said city; and
~ C. E. RANDLEWIT, Works Engineer of ~aid city, has submitted an estimate of the cost of the con-
struction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision, which estimate is in the sum of THIRTY-FIVE
~mOUSAtrO ~OUm~ (~B~,O00.O0),
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its willingness to enter int
such agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construction of such improvements in said subdivision, sai
agreement to specify the sum of money estimated by the Works Engineer as above specified with respect to the cos
of the construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of said city and the City Clerk is
instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Counci~
of the City of South San Francisco at a Special Meeting held this 25th day of February, 1953, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith, ~lio cortesi
Noes, Councilmen, Adolph Sani
Absent, Councilmen, None
Abstained, Councilman, John Noonan
